Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. For used tools please refer to the warranty instead. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
What are all the specifications?

- Materials: The handle and a majority of the tools are made from hardened 420 stainless steel. We use 440C for the default blade, an optional S35vn blade can be added. The replaceable wire cutters are made from hardened 440A.
- Hardware: All the screws are M3x0.5x5mm (you can go as long as 8mm with our pivots)

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
