I have a lot of multi-tools more than 15 and a bunch of different brands I like the principal behind this one so I purchased it I seen a review saying that someone's tools did not come in sharp mine came in perfect as a matter of fact sharper than some of my kitchen knives I have literally used it in restaurants to cut my food I haven't had it for very long I haven't really really hardcore tested like have all my other ones The only thing so far that I think they need to work on is their cutters need to be addressed they are not deep enough they tend to pinch some things when you're trying to cut them but so far I am happy with it I like the idea being able to swap the tools out
After a shipping problem where the item got lost, customer service quickly shipped a new package and it arrived as scheduled. The tool is great and exactly as advertised. Looking forward to testing it out in the real world soon.
the multitool itself is really good. its a little rough around the edges. my main complaints are no relief for cutting wire in the pliers (fixed with a chainsaw file and two minutes time) soft hardware (stripping out allen screws while installing scales) the locking and unlocking lever is very thin and kinda rough on the thumb and depending on how you have your tool set up closing implements can be difficult. and lastly offering spacers to tighten up fitment of tools i had to add a small washer to one side of my tool to take up some space as the 3 mm tool takes up more than one to but less than 2 in thickness. bonus thumb stud inserts for the knife blade would be amazing.
